DDOSFB#7 - The Puppini Sisters

The Boogie-Woogie, a piano based blues style especially popular in the 1930s - 1940s. In contrast to the mainstream blues style which is mainly about emotions, this style is all about dancing.

This is a cover version of the original song (1941), which was by the Andrews Sisters, about a "virtuoso trumpet player" which in turn was based on a song about a "virtuoso piano player".

Check out the original by the Andrews Sister, the lyrics are slower and more discernible.

Also the Puppini Sisters' cover of Beyonce - Crazy in Love is interesting.

Enjoy
