Chill-out music is often found on nondescript compilation CD's, of which a probable 99% of the featured artists wouldn't ring a bell with most people.

Upon closer inspection one can find some pretty decent songs on these CD's though. And with a little additional detective work, it turns out that there's an intricate little world behind these track-lists.
