Belleruche, they describe their music as "Turntable Soul." Sounds rather artistic, but the music is straightforward.
How was the band formed, you ask? Their label's site provides the answer.
The two male members "who played weird turntable and guitar sets in London bars", bumped into their soon-to-be female vocalist at a market. Forming a band in between the fruit stand and fish-vendor worked out for these guys.
Their work was previously released under their own label, antithetically called Hippoflex.
